Common Questions

Everything You Need to Know

No. Our booking search and trip planning form are completely free — you only share payment details once you're ready to confirm a specific cruise, tour, or transfer directly with Marco.

No — by law, the $200 National Park entrance fee and $20 Transit Control Card are paid directly and separately by every visitor at the airport, regardless of which agency you book with. This applies to all Galápagos travelers, not just our guests.

Terms vary by cruise, season and how far out you cancel. Marco will confirm the exact policy for your dates before you commit to anything — just ask on WhatsApp.

Yes. Every encounter is led by a certified naturalist guide trained by the Galápagos National Park — wildlife is never baited or forced into contact, and guides know exactly where and how these encounters happen safely and respectfully.

It depends on the itinerary. We offer four comfort categories (Budget to Luxury) and different group sizes, and our booking form lets you include children — tell Marco your group's needs and he'll recommend the right fit.

Yes — Marco and our certified guides are fluent in English and Spanish.

Light layers, reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, comfortable walking shoes and swimwear — Galápagos weather shifts quickly between sun, wind and light rain depending on the season.

Galápagos cruises have limited cabins and sell out months ahead, especially in the July–August and December–January high seasons — the earlier you reach out, the more options you'll have.
